Wow, I can hardly believe it – we’ve officially hit 1,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel! This is a milestone I’ve been working towards for over a decade, and I’m so grateful to each and every one of you who has been on this journey with me, which initially began with me sharing some of the work of the people I was hanging with who weren’t so familiar with the Internet and the potential it holds, the same guys have gone to become celebrities and influencers and that is where my strategy of playing the long game paid off.
A big shout out to my click AFMP ( African Monopoly ) , My Producer Zeb AFMP, Jankie Makopa, Samuel Leburu Founder of Leburugraphy Pictures, Deep Soweto, Siya Shezi, Maseven, Chaka Dollar and many more.
When I first started creating content, I was just a nobody in the vast sea of the internet. But thanks to your loyalty, engagement, and willingness to share my videos, that’s slowly started to change. 1,000 subscribers may not seem like a huge number compared to some of the big influencers out there, but to me, it represents 1,000 people who have chosen to make my content a regular part of their lives. That’s incredibly humbling.
As a self-proclaimed cybersecurity “fundi” (that’s South African for “expert”), I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating authentic, informative videos that I hope have made a real difference. And now that I’ve also launched my own personal blog, I’m excited to have even more opportunities to connect with you all and share my passion for this space.
But I don’t want to stop here. With your help, I know we can keep growing this community and reach even more people who could benefit from the insights and resources I have to offer. So please, if you’re enjoying the content, don’t hesitate to share it with your friends, family, and networks. The more the merrier!
Once again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Here’s to the next 1,000 subscribers (and beyond)!
